I interviewed Filmmaker Carla Mooney about the Silk Road Film Festival, an international festival dedicated to creating and bringing films from east to west and forging creative bonds between the two sides.
Carla founded the festival, which is now in it’s third year.

The festival takes place in Dublin from the 18th to the 22nd of March with hundreds of films being screened in that time.
