Bertie Brosnan – Interview

Filmmaker Bertie Brosnan is promoting his latest work ‘SINEATER‘. I spoke to him about why he got into film, his experience on the US film scene and the positive attention he received from the Cannes film festival for his film ‘Jacob Wrestling The Angel‘.
We discuss the differences between art house cinema and commercial cinema and how to blur the lines between the two.

SINEATER‘ is described as;

“…a dark tale about a young successful businessman who returns home to visit his Mother but who awaits him is a mysterious driver claiming to be a family friend.”

You can find out more on it’s official website here, and get involved with its Indiegogo campaign here.

You can find more of Bertie’s work on youtube, like ‘Oh, The Accent‘, below.

Thanks for reading/Listening and as always, if you like what you see please like, comment and even subscribe if you feel compelled to.
