‘Secrets to the Grave’ will be the second of the 3 part ‘Driver’ series of short films. It’s prequel ‘Any Last Words’ was intended to be standalone, but that changed after it was well received in the Cannes Short Film Corner, Corona Fastnet Short Film Festival, Baton Rouge Irish Film Festival and the Underground Cinema Awards.
Moore says they were “compelled to continue the story.”
“We’re not letting that 8-year-old get a Mohawk are we?” asked Charles in hushed tones.
“Let the little shit have a Mohawk, we’ll see how he likes it when he’s thrown into a dustbin tomorrow morning,” replied Hank.
But what was really weird, Timothy thought, was that people would unknowingly and willingly let a massive source of revenue go to waste. Imagine, he thought, the amount of people with hair in their shower drainps, blissfully ignorant of the true potential it carried.
That is such a good question and a tough one. I would honestly be happiest in a small tight knit crew, where we each cared equally about achieving something special, but that’s not always possible or practical. All I know is I love telling stories and I’m going to continue doing so in whatever capacity I’m able.
